This 3-story gut renovation turned sophisticated retreat in the heart of the Marina District speaks to the polish of a modern urbanite. Inside the home, refined materials of plain sawn white oak, aged bronze and honed marbles play well with their grittier counterparts, reclaimed brick, blackened steel and reclaimed timbers. Outside, obscure glass panels provide privacy to the party-ready backyard, outfitted with a water feature, linear gas fireplace and backlit onyx panels.
