Located on a gently sloping 30 acre lot within the 20,000 acres of the Santa Lucia Preserve—this new construction appears as a compound of smaller ranch buildings, attached to a prominent, central form. The design concept was based on massing shapes of California Ranch buildings, while incorporating elements of contemporary architecture and natural materials of stone, integral color plaster and wood.
